Interface: MessageInput
Input for POST /chats/{chat_id}/messages (items inside messages[]).
Each item needs text or a file. attachment_id comes from the resource
pipeline (api.resourceUploadUrl → upload → api.resourceVerify →
api.resourceShow until ready) and can be sent to several chats that keep
their files in the same bucket. voice_url (deprecated) is a link the backend
downloads. Next to a file, text is the caption.
