Post even when this sender is muted in the chat (rights.send_messages is
false), which the backend otherwise refuses with a 403. A one-off
override: their stored rights are untouched, so the next message sent
without the flag is refused again.
The type is boolean. A plain-JS caller may also pass the strings this
SDK reads as true everywhere else — '1', 'on', 'yes', 'true'.
Anything else is left out of the request, including a truthy value that
isn't one of those; leaving it out is what the backend defaults to.
